ECU Recreation and Wellness

In addition to the Eakin Campus and Recreation Wellness Center on main campus, ECU boasts the Health Sciences Campus Student Center, the North Recreational Complex, and the Blount Recreational Sports Complex.

Health Sciences Campus Student Center houses numerous services for students, staff, and faculty including a recreation center with basketball courts, a cardio deck, a weight training area, and a wellness center.

The North Recreational Complex (NRC) is located 10 minutes from campus and offers a host of outdoor activities. Along with numerous fields for sports including soccer and lacrosse, there are 6 acres of water for fishing and boating, trails for jogging or walking, a 40-foot ropes course with zip line, and a disc golf course. The Blount Recreational Sports Complex is home to ECU club and intramural sports. Located behind the Belk Building, the complex has numerous sports fields and a field house to accommodate players and spectators!
