Faculty who are eligible for benefits and who have not already completed the necessary paperwork should check in at this time and plan to attend the morning Benefits Session.
8:30-10:00Ballroom A and BBenefits Session
This session will provide benefits guidance on ECU programs, plans, enrollment procedures, retirement systems and comprehensive leave procedures. Attend this session if you have not already met with a benefits representative and/or submitted your benefits-related paperwork. It will not be repeated during the NFO event. You do not need to attend this session if 1) you are not a full-time faculty member, or 2) you have already submitted your benefits-related paperwork. If you are not attending the benefits session, please plan to check in between 10:00 and 10:30.

Canvas Training – Learning Technologies Team

  • The ITCS Learning Technologies Team will offer a virtual Canvas training session for new faculty at 9:00am on Wednesday, August 14th.  A link to the virtual meeting can be found at NewFaculty.ecu.edu/connect.

Office for Faculty Excellence Drop-In Hours

  • Please feel free to drop by the Office for Faculty Excellence in Joyner 1001 at any time between 9:00 and 12:00 on Wednesday, August 14th.
