Mentoring Moment: A Journey

In this week’s Mentoring Moment, Dr. Marianne Montgomery, Associate Dean for Faculty and Student Affairs of the Thomas Harriot College of Arts and Sciences, discusses her journey from being a mentee to becoming a mentor.

She mentions the ways in which her mentors have supported her, and how she has modeled such practices in order to be a supportive mentor. She provides tips for a mutually beneficial mentorship relationship. Additionally, she acknowledges the ways in which mentorship has contributed to her professional and personal development.
