Greenville and Pitt County host thousands of events throughout the year. From farmers markets and food trucks to concerts and festivals, there is always something going on in our community. Past community events held in August include Freeboot Friday, a Watermelon Festival, Sunday in the Park Summer Concert Series, the Umbrella Market, African American Music Series, and First Friday Art Walk.
